Rates are based upon single/double occupancy. Maximum room occupancy is 5 guests total.
You must be at least 21 years of age or be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
A deposit of one night's rental is required to confirm reservations.
Deposits are refunded, less $15.00 cancellation fee, if notice is received outside of 14 days in advance in season, outside 24 hours off season, outside 3 days during shoulder season.
Cots are available at $15 per night. One cot per room.

Only one vehicle pass will be issued per guest room. No trailers, RV's etc...are permitted in the parking lot. Bikes are not permitted in the hotel, they must be stored in the bike barn or in your vehicle. ( PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LOCK)

Per New Jersey state law, all rooms at the Port-O-Call Hotel are non-smoking. Any violation of this policy whether smoking in the room or on the balcony will constitute a non-refundable $500.00 cleaning fee.

As with any premier accommodation,reservation and cancellation policies differ from the Hotel's policies. In accordance with Hotel policy, there are no pets and no smoking in either accommodation.
